We accept most major insurance plans including BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, UnitedHealth, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation. We also welcome self-pay patients. Coverage varies by plan — call us at (716) 893-9200 and we'll verify your benefits before your first visit at no charge.
Our complimentary transportation service is available to patients in the Buffalo area at no cost. Simply call (716) 893-9200 when booking your appointment and let us know you need a ride. We'll coordinate pickup and drop-off to make sure transportation is never a barrier to getting the care you deserve.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical records or imaging (X-rays, MRI reports) if you have them. If you were in an auto accident, bring any accident report documentation as well. Arriving 10–15 minutes early allows time to complete your intake paperwork.
Your first visit — which includes a full consultation, health history review, and initial evaluation — typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up adjustment visits are generally 15 to 30 minutes. Dr. Ward will give you a clear picture of your care plan and expected visit frequency at your first appointment.
Yes. We specialize in treating injuries resulting from auto accidents, including whiplash, soft tissue injuries, back pain, neck pain, and musculoskeletal trauma. Personal Injury cases are accepted and we work directly with your attorney or insurance adjuster. Call (716) 893-9200 to schedule an evaluation as soon as possible after your accident.
Yes — most major insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid include chiropractic coverage, though the number of covered visits and co-pay amounts vary by plan. We'll verify your specific benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises. Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases are also accepted.
We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments for patients in pain. Call us at (716) 893-9200 first thing in the morning and we'll do everything we can to fit you in. We're open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and afternoons, Tuesday afternoons, Thursday mornings, and Saturday mornings.
